01What we collect
From this website: the name, work email, company, record count and notes you submit through the contact form, plus aggregate traffic statistics. From engagements: the CRM data you provide under a separate processing agreement.
02Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, quote work accurately, and deliver an audit, cleanup or migration. We do not sell data, and we do not use client data to train any model.
03Client CRM data
Data you provide for processing is handled as described on our data handling page and governed by our DPA. It is deleted on completion of the engagement, along with any scoped credentials.
04Retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Engagement records — invoices, mapping documents, merge logs — are kept as long as required for tax and contractual purposes. Source data exports are deleted on job completion.
05Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@crmanvil.com. We respond within 30 days.
06Cookies
We use only what is necessary to serve the site and measure aggregate traffic. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
