01Scope of work
Each engagement is defined by a written scope: the audit, a cleanup, a migration, or a recurring hygiene subscription. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
02Payment
The $99 audit is paid up front on a hosted checkout. Project work is invoiced 50% on start and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any billing period.
03Your responsibilities
You confirm you are entitled to share the data you provide, and that doing so does not breach any agreement or applicable law. You provide access via a read-only export or a scoped key — never a password.
04Ownership of output
You own the cleaned dataset, the merge log and the report in full. We retain no rights over your data and no copies after completion.
05Reversibility and errors
Merges are logged and reversible. Where we make an error in processing, we correct it at no charge as the primary remedy.
06Liability
Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
07Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed to that point; we delete your data and confirm the deletion.
