We will never ask you for a password.
Not for your CRM, not for your email, not for anything. Access is a read-only export or a scoped key you issue and revoke.
The specifics
No vague assurances
If any statement below is not true of your engagement, we tell you before you pay, not after.
Processing location
Processing runs on managed infrastructure in the UAE and EU regions. You are told the region before any data moves, and it does not change mid-engagement.
Encryption
TLS 1.2+ in transit. AES-256 at rest, including intermediate working files and backups. Keys are managed by the platform's key service, not stored alongside data.
Retention and deletion
Your data lives only as long as the job. On completion we deliver the output, then delete source exports, working copies and any scoped credentials. You get written confirmation of deletion.
Staff access controls
Named-individual access only, least privilege, no shared accounts, MFA enforced. Access is granted per engagement and revoked on close. Access events are logged.
Sub-processors
A short, listed set of infrastructure and enrichment providers. The current list is in the DPA, and we notify you before it changes.
Your control
Read-only exports or scoped keys you issue and can revoke at any moment. Revoking a key stops work immediately — no back channel exists.

Data Processing Agreement
Our standard DPA covers processing purpose, sub-processors, security measures, breach notification and deletion. It is available before you commit to anything, and we will sign yours instead if your legal team prefers.
What we never do
